Lean Technologies ESA
As a requirement for a commercial property transaction, we were retained to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the Lean Technologies property in Grafton, ND. We completed the Phase I ESA following current ASTM standards, which included a site walk-through, state and federal database searches, and a historical background search. A report was prepared and submitted to the client to document the results of the assessment.
A recognized environmental condition was documented in the Phase I ESA. Therefore, our scientists were again retained by the client to perform a Phase II ESA to assess the property for potential soil contamination associated with historic activities on the site. The Phase II ESA consisted of advancing several soil borings, collecting soil samples, and subsequent laboratory analyses. The results of the Phase II Assessment were summarized in a report and submitted to the client.
