Crow Creek Tribal School
This K-12 campus includes a new 84,000 sq.ft. school building supported by a student dormitory, staff housing quarters, and a maintenance/bus garage facility. Site development work includes athletic fields, parking lots, access roads, site utilities, expanded sewage lagoon, water tower, and all associated landscaping. The approximate total building size is nearly 120,000 square feet for an estimated total construction cost of $35 million. The project achieved LEED® Silver certification from the USGBC.
The contract, facilitated for the Bureau of Indian Affairs by the National Park Service, is a design/build partnership between Kraus-Anderson, WSN, and Perkins+Will.
