WSN worked with the owners of this Brainerd-area resort on their plans for a 7-unit remodel/update to their existing resort. These property changes required a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). WSN prepared a preliminary “concept” plan of the existing and the proposed improvements on the project property. WSN also prepared necessary drawings, elevations of the proposed new cabins, and plans to facilitate the successful CUP application.
