The interior of the Hermantown Mills Fleet Farm store has dramatically changed since the building shell was erected last fall. What was once a muddy mess is now clean, bright, and ready for merchandise. The concrete floors have been poured and polished; interior walls have been framed, sheet-rocked, and painted; and the retail racking is currently being assembled. In just a couple months the first customers will be walking through the front doors.
In this episode WSN’s project managers Andy Pickar and Mike Fish explain some of the interior details. Store manager Paul Erickson weighs in on his favorite design features and stresses the importance of having an onsite project manager. “We work hand-in-hand. He (Mike) keeps me informed of any changes to plans — he’s my go-to person for what’s happening on the whole project.”
There’s no substitute for experience — Widseth Smith Nolting provides the complete package from beginning to end. Stay tuned for future episodes between now and August 2016, when the Hermantown Fleet Farm store officially opens.
