Tony Pohl, PE, of Widseth Smith Nolting has successfully passed the exams and met the education and experience requirements necessary to become a licensed professional engineer by the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
“I was so relieved after finding out I passed the PE,” Tony says. “It truly felt like all things were coming together and all my efforts up to this point have finally paid off.”
Tony graduated from University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He joined WSN as an engineer-in-training in 2014. As a civil engineer, Tony is responsible for working with local municipalities to maintain and grow their infrastructure. He is also responsible for providing structural and site design services for clients on commercial and residential development projects. Tony completes this work through the application of planning, design, and construction administration, all aspired around protecting the public and environmental health.
