Wastewater treatment plant projects are eligible.
North Dakota is accepting completed questionnaires for projects to be included or to remain on the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Project Priority List (PPL)—a required step toward possible funding by CWSRF in 2017. The CWSRF Program provides low interest, up-to-thirty-year loans to help pay for wastewater infrastructure projects that protect public health and bring into or maintain compliance with the Clean Water Act.
