July’s featured project on your WSN calendar: Geneva Road

Posted by

This narrow road, typical for the era in which it was built, has been transformed into a beautiful and safe roadway and separated multi-use trail. Among the many challenges were working within a tight corridor with an operational railroad on one side and a recreational lake on the other, plus maintaining the channel that links Lake Geneva and Lake Le Homme Dieu. The result is an enjoyable drive, ride, walk, or cruise for motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists, and boat captains. Geneva Road is located in Alexandria, MN.
