February’s featured project on your WSN calendar: The Northern Pacific Center

Posted by

The Northern Pacific Center is a premier mixed-use campus, offering unique spaces on the grounds of a former railroad complex. The addition of new tenant Roundhouse Brewery was the catalyst for site improvements that would not only accommodate Roundhouse but also future tenants. Widseth Smith Nolting’s team preserved a portion of the former railyard turntable in the parking area and designed additional improvements including sidewalks, drainage, and a patio for Roundhouse’s customers. The improvements preserve and build upon the unique qualities of the historic site.

Widseth Smith Nolting’s Grand Forks office has moved, effective January 9, 2017. Our main telephone number remains the same—701.795.1975. Our new address is:

3535 South 31st Street
Suite 203
Grand Forks, ND 58201

Our Grand Forks staff has nearly doubled in just the past couple years. This is the result of both organic growth and our acquisition last summer of KBM, Inc., which expanded our services to include aerial mapping and electrical transmission & distribution design. We’re excited about our growth and look forward to sharing our new space with you.
